I’m doing everything by the install directions, nothing seems to help. Then remove the USB adapter it’s between the two battery slots. It’s difficult to point to the target intended.
I’m doing everything by the install directions, nothing wureless to help. You might try a different monitor as a test to try to narrow down the problem. It may not work with Windows 7, 8 or I hope this helps.

Answered on Feb 27, Click on the link in blue specifying you web cam’s model to start the download of your web cam’s drivers. This will not be necessary if your laptop has an integrated WiFi card. However, you can try to use it with a Windows Vista system.
